Swim Bike Run!

On Sunday, Teagan and Caden participated in their first triathlon. It was fantastic!! We all had a great day (spectator Mom, Dad, Grandpa, and Duncan included). The weather was beautiful, the event was so positive (complete, not compete) and well-organized, and the kids did their best. We really enjoyed cheering for the other racers and watching the crowds too!

In fact, it was SO great, the 3 kids promptly demanded to be registered for the September 18th tri in Milton. Brian will be away in China so I get the honour of running Duncan's first tri with him (it's going to be cute cute cute!) since his age category requires a parent within arms-reach at all times. I'd better dust off my running shoes!
