A conversation in the car today...
I pick up the mail from our supermailbox and get in the car with it.
The boys clamour "Anything for me!?"
"Not today, just bills. Lots of bills"
And Duncan says "But mama, there is only ONE Bill. Did Nanny and Grandad and Auntie 'Chelle and Liam and Rhianna (pronounced Ri-na-na) come in the mail too!?".
No amount of explaining could convince him that people do not come in the mail but instead pieces of paper indicating I have to pay for stuff like water and heat did. No way.
