Fun events I have not taken pictures of!

I've been going camera-free quite often so I haven't posted pictures of:

* A 4-day trip to Papa's house in BC all by myself! It was so nice to have him to myself for a few days, to see his girls, and to spend some time going through Nana's old letters and keepsakes. So many memories!
* A sleepover at Ryan's house. Teagan and her cousin were so tickled to sleep over together and I really enjoyed a quiet evening chatting with Ryan and Lulu once the kids were in bed.
* A day trip to a friend's cottage at Wasaga beach
* Hiking at Crawford Lake on the board walk. Bailey loves it. The kids love it - their favorite part is throwing bread to the snapping turtles off the cliffs.
* A dog birthday party at an off-leash park for Bailey's best dog friend Arthur, complete with a peanut butter and banana dog cake for the dog.
* Lots of beach and swimming days
* Teagan's performance of Sound of Music (she rocked out the part of Marta!!)
* Caden passed the swim test at the public pool and no longer requires me to be in the pool with him and can use the diving board and water slide.
* Teagan got her first job - a "mother's helper" job for 1 day for a friend and neighbour in the throes of moving. You can imagine how pleased she is with herself.

Suffice it to say - we've been having lots of fun.

Hmmm... still another 3 weeks of summer before we're back to school so I guess it's time to dust off the camera and start taking pictures again!! Don't worry - there is still a week of camping, a beach trip to Lake Erie, a special event at the zoo, hockey camp, soccer day, sleepovers and more to come!
