So this past weekend, we found a Pirate Festival ad in the local paper. Never ones to pass up a good piratical time, we took the kids up to Milton to see what it was all about. Pirate shows (into which Caden, Duncan, and I were all drafted at one point or another), renaissance players in full pirate gear, a pirate ship climber, a treasure hunt, and more. A great way to spend a holiday Monday really!
