Picnic in the park

This year, Caden started in a new program at a new school. It's been a fabulous experience. Not only has he been challenged and entertained by his teacher but he's made alot of great friends. Their parents are a great bunch too!

Last year, 2 of the families planned a bbq for us to all meet in June and get to know each other before the program started. So this year, one of the other moms and I planned a similar event at a local park for the families that will be joining us next year (and a chance for our kids to play at the park too!).

Tree climbing, jumbo freezies, wading in the creek, some balls and bubbles provided more than enough entertainment to pass 5 hours in the blink of an eye.
