Teagan finally worked up the nerve to audition for competitive dance today. She's understandably nervous.
If she's nervous, I can't even begin to describe the butterflies in the pit of my stomach.
I don't even care if she gets in. My logical mind says it's better if she doesn't! It's expensive! It involves alot of classes, alot of commitment, travel, time... The girls who have been doing it for 3 or 4 years already are reaaaaalllllly good.
But she loves the bright lights. She loves to be on stage. She wants to sing and dance and act.
Most of all, I don't want her heart to be broken.
We won't hear for weeks. Maybe not even until the end of June. The wait will be interminable. Until then, she'll just keep dancing.

Teagan is amazing for just getting out there and going for it! It takes such courage and heart to give something your everything knowing you will be judged.
